One of the easiest ways of getting a load of greens in before your day has begun is with one of my favourite green smoothie recipes!
1/4 an avocado
1 large handful of spinach
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
1 cup of coconut water but you could just use water
Squeeze of half a lemon
Small slice of peeled fresh ginger root
1) Blend it all together and drink!
