Lets be honest sometimes its nice to start the day with chocolate! Start your day with this smoothie to get your sweet hit without the sugar overload!



Healthy Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie

Yields

1 serving


Ingredients

1/3 cup of gluten free rolled oats 1 tablespoon of flax seed 1 teaspoon of Maca Powder 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 scoop of Chocolate Pea Protein Powder (I use Sunwarrior) 1 small handful of frozen strawberries 1/2 a ripe avocado


Directions

1) Put all the ingredients in a blender

2) Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved

3) Pour into a large glass with ice
