Creamy Chocolate Avocado Mousse

This is a super simple chocolate mousse. I often make these for dessert when I have people around for dinner and they go down very well! Kids also love them as the texture is very smooth! Avocados are high in Omega 9 fatty acids, the type of good fats our body needs and is great for your skin. Raw cacao is a superfood, it is the purest form of chocolate you can consume and it is a great source of antioxidants, magnesium and iron.
