I have lived in the UAE for over 13 years, and live with my husband, twin daughters and our dog Rolo! My passion in life is helping people live their healthiest life, through a balance of food, exercise and looking after themselves!
After giving birth to our twins at the beginning of the year I have used my coaching skills to support myself in getting back to feeling healthy and strong in order to be the best mother I can be.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
I am passionate about real nutritious food, living a healthy lifestyle and helping others. I hate that the shops are now full of packaged foods and more and more people are reaching for processed items as it is deemed the quicker and easier option. I enjoy making everything I eat from scratch and knowing exactly what is going inside my body. What we eat supports mental, emotional and physical well-being which has a knock-on effect to other areas in your life like relationships and career for example. I am also conscious that life is becoming very sedentary for many people sitting at desks all day and I try to find ways to incorporate movement into everyday life and make time for a daily workout where possible. I use my knowledge of making this part of my daily life to inspire and encourage others to do the same.
